What is RAMS on the Run?

• RAMS on the RUN is a PVEI PTO fundraiser with NOTHING TO SELL!!

• Students simply seek tax-deductible donations to support their efforts while they partake in our run/walk-a-thon during the school day.

• Children are encouraged to wear school spirit colors and their gym shoes for the event.

• Spectators are welcome and encouraged! A detailed schedule will be provided closer to the event!

 

How do I get donations?

• Ask friends, neighbors, family members and co-workers. Children are encouraged not to go door to door alone.

• Donors contribute a flat amount (no per minute or lap).

• If your family prefers not to solicit donations for our fundraiser, please consider making a personal donation on behalf of your child/children.

• Corporate donations are welcome.

• Checks should be made payable to the PVEI PTO.

 

When can I turn in RAMS on the Run donations and how will they be used?

• All donations should be turned into school by November 21st, however contributions will be accepted up to, during and following the event.

• Proceeds from this event will be used to support school programs and purchases such as:

  • Field Trips

  • School Assemblies

  • Performing Arts Events

  • And many other activities throughout the year

 

Is there a goal per student or family and can I earn a prize?

• Every donation, regardless of the amount, will benefit our students and school.

• All students will run/walk in the RAMS on the RUN regardless of their fundraising contributions.

• Top earning class from grades K-4 and 5-6 will get a movie/popcorn party!

• Top earning student from grades K-4 and 5-6 will get a prize!

• Everyone who participates will be entered into a special raffle!
